Weight Lifting?!?!


Yes, that's right! I'm currently in my third week of a twelve week beginner's training routine for weight lifting. It has been a lot of fun. On days between workouts, I do a cardio workout. I've never felt better! Maybe I'll decide to post some before/after pictures as I progress?

You crack me up, my friend. I'm super bummed you'll be out of town next weekend when Greg and I come home. Bummer dude!! At least I get to see my favorite person ever, Linday. : )

Good luck pumping the iron. Next time I'll see you I may mistake you for Mr. Arnold Schwartzeneiger (sp??? you know who I mean).
